Joell begins the roll-out for his next project with cinematic rap anthem 'Hop in the Coupe'
Up-and-coming Edinburgh rapper Joell is back with a brand new single ushering in the release of his forthcoming project, 'No Flowers Without Rain'.
After putting out his previous body of work, 'MAMACITA', towards the start of summer, Joell is fixated on being recognised as one of the most consistent and versatile lyricists in the game. His new single 'Hop in the Coupe' and upcoming EP stakes that claim.
The phrase "No Flowers without Rain" has become a poignant mantra in JOELL's life. Scheduled for release in 2024, the new project is a 10-track mixtape telling stories of when this mantra paid dividends.
Spending his time between releases working on himself and pushing his craft further than before, the rapper returns to the fold ready to face his demons with this new anthem. 'Hop in the Coupe' is a trap love story, celebrating self-confidence and hard work.
Featuring 808s and cinematic percussion, this is a certain bop that will keep the good vibes going all winter long.
