Master Peace taps into 00s indie sleaze on new single 'Loo Song'

"A cheeky, flirty and fun record..."

Purveyor of summer anthems Master Peace has just dropped a heater of a new single.

Titled 'Loo Song', the new track lands alongside a Peckham-based music video, directed by Freddie Cattaneo. It also coincides with the news that he’ll be supporting The Streets on tour later this year.

Speaking about the track, Master Peace says: “‘Loo Song’ is a cheeky, flirty and fun record. It centers around teenage mischief and exciting and intriguing nights. Nights like house parties and basement raves I went to as an adolescent as a teenager in Surrey, different situations unfolding in front of my eyes, euphoric highs. It’s influenced by early Calvin Harris and Justice – that era of indie sleaze – the loud fuzzy synths give off an ‘Acceptable in the 80s’ vibe.”
